2016 Amazon Brand Restriction Resources! | Solid Information From Amazon Experts!
Recently (2016) Amazon has imposed brand restrictions for certain 3rd party sellers (to keep the counterfeit sellers off of the Amazon platform) but did not communicate this change to those sellers ahead of time. The sudden change has many Amazon sellers (FBA and MF) running scared. Fear, rumors and speculation are running rampant throughout the various Amazon Seller Facebook groups and throughout the internet!
I have made this video (and gathered information from experts regarding this issue) to help sellers make rational decisions during this time of uncertainty. Amazon is known to implement changes right before the fourth quarter before their busy season starts so they can work any kinks out. I have only heard of a small amount of sellers that have been affected by these changes. Please watch my video and look over the following experts interpretation of the current situation to help you come to a decision on how to move forward.
