Goal Setting For Success!

I find it important in my business to keep track of where I have been, where I am and especially where I am going. Goal setting is a great exercise that helps to ensure my efforts are being used in the best way and that my focus is on the end results. I do goal work every few months to make sure that I am “staying the course” in my business efforts. This is a video about my goal setting process.
